  1. Return products within 30 days of the day of purchase or delivery.
  2. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer.
  3. Parts must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.
  4. Parts cannot be returned if installation has been attempted or they are damaged in any way.
  5. Return any eligible item received in damaged or defective condition.
  6. Return any eligible item received in error.
  7. Refunds are processed within two to five business days by the original method of payment.
  8. We do not reimburse for labor costs, service charges or any other expenses incurred by the consumer.
  9. 30 day standard warranty on all powertrain products, unless stated otherwise.

  3. Once you click “View Order Status,” you will be directed to an “Order Details” page where you can find the summary of your order.
  4. Click on “Track Item” and you will be routed to the courier’s tracking page.

 Waltz Garage offers a wide range of payment options to make your shopping experience more convenient. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Zelle
  • Bank Wire Transfer

Do you charge sales tax? How much is sales tax?

At present, we collect sales tax for almost all states. If you are tax exempt please contact our store directly and a representative will assist you.

The amount of sales tax depends on the rates in your respective state and district.

We do not currently offer any international shipping. There are freight carriers around the country that export products to your respective countries. We can ship to anyone in the intercontinental United States.

Our inventory changes on a daily basis. If there is something you are in need of and we are showing to be out of stock please call or reach out directly we will help you.

Unfortunately after the order is placed the address cannot be changed. Please make sure it is the correct address at checkout.

Yes, an order can be modified or canceled by calling our office directly and speaking with a representative.
